Summary
This study tested whether playing white or pink noise before and during a colonoscopy could help lower patients' pain and anxiety. 135 adults took part, and researchers measured their anxiety and pain levels using simple scales. The goal was to see if this simple, drug-free approach could make the procedure more comfortable.
