First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests whether a short virtual reality hypnosis session during a coffee break can lower anxiety in nurses working day shifts. Fifty-six nurses will either use VR or take a regular break, and their anxiety levels will be compared. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free tool can help nurses feel better and improve care.
