NCT ID NCT07265713

First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 20, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

Many patients sleep poorly in the hospital. This study tests whether a sleep guideline and a web-based training course can improve nurses' and assistant nurses' knowledge about sleep. Researchers will interview sleep champions and survey staff and patients at Karolinska University Hospital to see if the training changes practice and helps patients rest better.
