This study tested whether a white noise sleep mask can improve sleep quality and comfort for patients recovering from prostate surgery (TUR-P). 70 adults who had elective surgery used the mask, and researchers measured their sleep and comfort levels. The goal was to see if blocking out hospital noise helps patients rest better after an operation.
