Summary
This study aims to find out how many relatives of people with celiac disease have wheat sensitivity or other gut problems like irritable bowel syndrome. Researchers will ask 600 adult relatives to follow a wheat-free diet for 6 weeks and report their symptoms. The goal is to better understand the link between celiac disease and non-celiac wheat sensitivity.
