First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests a web app that teaches step-by-step relaxation techniques to people with jaw pain and disorders (TMD). About 124 patients will either use the app or get a standard dental mouthguard. Researchers will track pain, sleep, and stress over a year to see if the app works as well as the usual treatment.
