Summary

This study tests whether using a Fitbit with or without health coaching helps adults aged 40+ with central obesity (large waistline) become more active and improve heart health. Over 1 year, 133 participants will either continue their usual routine, use a Fitbit alone, or use a Fitbit plus coaching sessions. The goal is to see if these tools lead to healthier movement patterns and lower risks for heart disease and diabetes.
