First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study is testing a device called the WavelinQ EndoAVF System, which creates a connection between an artery and a vein (AV fistula) in people with end-stage kidney disease who need dialysis. The goal is to see if this device helps patients start dialysis successfully and keeps the access working well over time. About 280 adults will take part across multiple centers.
