Summary
This study tested whether eating 2 ounces of walnuts daily for 12 weeks could improve memory and reduce brain fog in adults over 40 with Long-COVID. 31 participants were randomly assigned to either add walnuts to their usual diet or continue their normal care. The goal was to see if walnuts, which are rich in healthy fats and plant compounds, could ease cognitive symptoms like memory trouble and fatigue.
