Summary
This study tested whether eating 2 ounces of walnuts every day for 12 weeks could improve memory and thinking problems in adults over 40 with Long-COVID. 31 people with ongoing brain fog, fatigue, or mood issues took part. The goal was to see if walnuts, which are rich in healthy fats, could ease these lingering symptoms.
