Summary
This study aims to see if eating walnuts daily for six months can improve brain health in adults with abdominal obesity. Researchers will measure changes in brain blood flow, insulin sensitivity, and thinking skills like memory and focus. Participants will either eat about 50 grams of walnuts daily or have no walnuts, and their brain function will be compared using MRI scans and cognitive tests.
