Summary
This study aims to see if eating walnuts daily for six months can improve blood flow and insulin sensitivity in the brain for adults with abdominal obesity. Researchers will measure changes in brain function, thinking skills, and appetite control using MRI scans and cognitive tests. The goal is to understand if a simple dietary change can help protect brain health in people at risk for cognitive decline.
