First seen Dec 18, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This observational study looks at why about 43% of people with multiple sclerosis (MS) feel their walking gets worse the longer they walk. Researchers will measure changes in walking patterns and brain activity in 70 MS patients and 30 healthy volunteers during short and long walks. The goal is to better understand the link between brain signals and walking fatigue, which could guide future treatments.
