First seen Dec 18, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at why people with multiple sclerosis (MS) often feel their walking gets worse the longer they walk. Researchers will measure brain activity and walking patterns in 70 people with MS and 30 healthy volunteers. The goal is to understand how the brain controls walking during fatigue, which may help design better treatments in the future. Participants will complete walking tests and wear sensors to track movement and brain signals.
