Summary

This study looks at whether a single 10-minute virtual reality session is a practical and satisfying way to help healthcare workers on surgical wards manage stress. About 75 doctors, nurses, and other staff will try the VR experience and report how they feel. The goal is to see if VR can be a quick, easy tool to improve well-being at work.
