Summary
This study tests whether a single 10-minute virtual reality session can help reduce stress and improve satisfaction for healthcare workers like nurses and surgeons on surgical wards. About 75 volunteers will try the VR experience and report how acceptable and comfortable it is. The goal is to see if VR can be a practical, quick stress-relief tool during a busy workday.
