Summary

This study tests whether using a virtual reality (VR) headset to watch relaxing scenes can reduce nausea and vomiting, improve sleep, and increase comfort in pregnant women. About 90 women in early pregnancy (6-14 weeks) will either use VR relaxation or get standard care. The goal is to find a safe, drug-free way to manage common pregnancy symptoms.
