Summary
This study tests whether using a virtual reality (VR) relaxation program can reduce nausea and vomiting, improve sleep, and increase comfort in pregnant women. About 90 women in early pregnancy (6-14 weeks) will either use VR relaxation or receive standard care. The goal is to see if this non-drug approach is a safe and effective way to manage common pregnancy symptoms.
