Summary
This study is testing the drug vorolanib in people with advanced kidney cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. It is for those who need a second treatment after the first one stopped working. The goal is to see how long the drug controls the cancer and what side effects occur. About 39 adults aged 18-80 will take part.
