First seen Nov 24, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding Vojta therapy—a technique that uses gentle pressure on specific body areas to trigger automatic movement—to standard physical therapy can improve posture, trunk control, and arm function in people recovering from a first-time stroke. About 62 adults aged 45-65 who had a stroke within the last 3 months will participate. Researchers will measure changes using balance scales and motion-tracking software.
