Virtual yoga eases chronic pain in new study

Summary
This study looked at whether doing yoga online can help people with chronic pain. 94 adults with pain lasting more than 6 months took part in 8 weekly virtual yoga classes and did daily 30-minute yoga at home. The goal was to see if the program was practical and if it reduced pain and stress.
