Summary
This study looked at whether doing yoga online can help reduce chronic pain. 94 adults with pain lasting more than 6 months took part in 8 weekly virtual yoga classes and did daily 30-minute yoga videos at home. Researchers measured changes in pain intensity, how much pain interfered with daily life, and feelings of stress and worry about pain.
