Summary
This study tests whether watching virtual reality (VR) videos can help people feel less anxious before knee replacement surgery and have less pain afterward. About 64 adults scheduled for a knee replacement will use VR to relax or distract themselves. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free tool can improve recovery and satisfaction.
