Virtual reality could ease pain and fear before knee surgery

Summary

This study tests whether using virtual reality (VR) can help reduce anxiety before knee replacement surgery and pain afterward. About 64 patients will use VR videos to relax or distract themselves. The goal is to see if VR can improve emotional and physical recovery without medication.
