First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study tests if an 8-week online mindfulness program (MBSR) can reduce fatigue, anxiety, and depression in people with sarcoidosis. One group does MBSR with weekly sessions and a daily journal; the other joins a monthly virtual support group. Both groups complete surveys to compare which approach works better.
