First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tested whether two oral chemotherapy drugs, vemurafenib and sorafenib, could help people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has a specific gene change (KRAS mutation) and has stopped responding to standard treatments. Ten participants took the drug combination to see if it could control the cancer for at least 16 weeks. The goal was to measure how many patients had their disease shrink or stay stable.
