Summary
This study is testing a self-guided internet program called Velibra for people with anxiety disorders who are on a waitlist for treatment. The program uses cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help reduce symptoms. About 30 adults with panic disorder, social anxiety, or generalized anxiety disorder will participate. The goal is to see if this online tool can provide relief while they wait for standard care.
