Summary

This study is testing a self-guided internet program called Velibra for people with panic disorder, social anxiety, or generalized anxiety who are on a waitlist for treatment. About 30 participants will use the program at home and report their symptoms. The goal is to see if this online approach can help reduce anxiety symptoms without needing a therapist.
