Summary
This study tests whether valbenazine can safely reduce symptoms in adults with moderate-to-severe obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Thirty participants will receive both the drug and a placebo at different times to compare effects. The main goal is to see if OCD severity scores improve.
