Summary
This study tests a non-invasive device that stimulates the vagus nerve before meals in teens and young adults (ages 14-22) with anorexia or similar eating disorders. Over 4 weeks, participants receive either real or sham stimulation to see if it boosts meal satisfaction, calorie intake, and reduces fullness and anxiety. The goal is to make refeeding less distressing and more effective.
