Inclusion Criteria: * Parents or caregivers of young people (aged 12 to 18) with Autism Spectrum Disorder or elevated autistic traits and anorexia nervosa who are attending/have attended a group parent intervention in MCCAED from November 2024 to February 2026. * Access and ability to join online interview via Microsoft Teams (participants can join via the Microsoft Teams app or through their browser) * To have attended at least half of the group intervention Exclusion Criteria: * High levels of psychiatric risk \& social care involvement; however, this is not a hard exclusion criteria and referrals would still be discussed and considered by the team.
