Summary

This study is testing an antibiotic called Vaborem in children from birth to under 18 years old who are in the hospital with a serious bacterial infection. The goal is to see how the drug works in the body, find the right dose, and check for side effects. All children will receive the drug through an IV for up to 14 days, and their health will be closely watched.
