* Adult patients (age ≥18 years) admitted to the Chest Department or Respiratory ICU, Assiut University Hospitals * Diagnosis of HAP confirmed according to standard clinical, radiological, and microbiological criteria * Hospital admission for more than 48 hours prior to pneumonia onset * Ability to provide informed consent
