Summary
This study tests a web application called VA|PREVENTION that uses a virtual coach to help adults at high risk for type 2 diabetes make healthier choices. 180 participants will either use the app or receive a standard guidebook. Researchers will measure changes in waist circumference and diabetes risk over 10 months.
