Summary
This study aims to understand why the right side of the heart fails in people with heart failure and high blood pressure in the lungs. Researchers will look at heart muscle samples from 50 adults to find the best ways to diagnose and test new treatments for this condition. The goal is to improve care for those with right heart failure.
