Sound waves may boost arm recovery after stroke

Summary
This study tests a gentle ultrasound treatment on the brain to see if it can improve arm movement and motor learning in people who had a stroke at least 6 months ago. Researchers will try different power levels and timing to find the best settings. 24 adults with arm weakness will participate.
