Summary
This study is creating a collection of health information and DNA samples from 500 adults to help future researchers understand heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity. Participants provide their health history and a blood sample, which will be stored in a biobank. The goal is to discover how genetics and other factors influence these conditions to develop better detection and prevention strategies in the future.
