Summary
This study tests whether a video-based app called "Undetectable & You" can help people with HIV in South Africa stay on treatment and keep the virus suppressed. The app explains that people with HIV who have an undetectable viral load cannot pass the virus to others (U=U). About 880 people from multiple clinics will take part, with some clinics using the app and others not, to see if the app improves care and viral suppression.
