Summary
This study tests whether a video app called 'Undetectable & You' can help people with HIV in South Africa stay in care and keep the virus under control. The app teaches that people with HIV who have an undetectable viral load cannot pass the virus to others (U=U). About 880 people will take part, and the study will compare those who use the app with those who get standard counseling.
