Summary
This study tested whether turning-based dual-task training (exercises that combine movement and thinking) could improve balance and mild cognitive issues in 50 adults with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Participants were aged 50 and older and had both balance problems and mild cognitive decline. The results may help reduce fall risk and improve daily function.
