This study tests how changing the type, speed, and location of mild electrical stimulation on the spine affects leg muscle twitches and comfort in 50 healthy adults aged 18-75. Participants receive stimulation while resting or walking on a treadmill and report what feels tolerable. The goal is to gather basic knowledge to guide future therapies, not to treat any disease.
