Summary
This study tested whether TRPTI (oleoylethanolamide) helps healthy adults process sugar better. Nineteen participants took either 150 mg, 300 mg, or a placebo in random order. Researchers measured blood sugar and insulin levels after a sugary drink to see if TRPTI improves glucose tolerance.
