Summary

This study tested whether a supplement called TRPTI (oleoylethanolamide) can improve how the body processes sugar in healthy adults. Nineteen participants took either 150 mg, 300 mg, or a placebo in random order. Researchers measured blood sugar and insulin levels after a sugary drink to see if TRPTI helps control glucose spikes.
