First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding radiation to a mix of chemotherapy and two immunotherapy drugs before surgery can improve outcomes for people with resectable stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer. About 40 adults with HER2-negative disease will be randomly assigned to receive either the standard chemo-immunotherapy or the same plus radiation. The main goal is to see how many patients have no cancer cells left in the removed tissue (pathological complete response).
