Summary

This study is testing whether taking three oral drugs (methotrexate, erlotinib, and celecoxib) together is safe and practical for people with head and neck cancer that has come back or spread. The trial focuses on patients in rural Midwest areas, aiming to make treatment more accessible. About 25 adults will participate, and the main goals are to see how many people enroll and stick with the treatment.
