First seen Apr 06, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests whether taking three oral drugs (methotrexate, erlotinib, and celecoxib) together is safe and practical for people with head and neck cancer that has come back or spread. The trial enrolls 25 adults in the rural Midwest and uses virtual visits to reduce travel burden. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it.
