New heart valve device aims to ease severe leakage

Summary
This study tests a device called TricValve for people with severe tricuspid regurgitation, a condition where a heart valve leaks blood backward. About 780 adults will receive either the device plus standard care or standard care alone. The goal is to see if the device reduces blood backflow and improves daily function and symptoms.
