Summary
This study tested an experimental oral drug called Trichomylin® in 11 adults with advanced cancer who had moderate to severe pain despite taking strong opioids. The goal was to see if the drug is safe and can provide additional pain relief. Participants started at a low dose and increased until they found a dose that worked with tolerable side effects.
