Summary

This study compares two behavioral treatments for people with intellectual disabilities who have severe self-injurious behavior that hasn't improved with standard therapy. The goal is to reduce harmful actions like hitting or biting that can cause serious injury. Sixteen participants aged 4 to 25 will be observed to see which treatment works better.
