Summary
This study tracks the safety of tofersen (Qalsody) in 12 Chinese adults with a genetic form of ALS (SOD1 mutation). Participants receive 13 doses injected into the spine over one year. The main goal is to see how many people have side effects. This is a post-marketing study, meaning the drug is already approved for use.
